Who we are
PEL Ltd (PELPortal) is a Nigerian company, RC 9180331. The office is in Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. People also call us PEL. Write to info@penwerem.com if you need to confirm a detail.
We take one process a business already runs and turn it into a system the team can operate. That may be outbound, delivery, finance, or another workflow you can put in a contract. Sometimes we build the system. Sometimes we write an assessment. After setup or a retainer we can run outbound through SalesLever.
We agree the scope in writing before work starts. We do not sell a promised close rate.
Same company, different site. penwerem.com is PELPortal: the company and the work we do for businesses and public bodies. saleslevergtm.com is SalesLever, the outbound offer. The free teardown and the $250 audit live there.
PELPortal and SalesLever are product names, not separate companies. Invoices still say PEL Ltd (PELPortal).
PELPortal is the signed-in workspace at app.penwerem.com. Clients use it once an engagement is underway. You do not need an account to reach us. Use Contact or write info@penwerem.com.

Bring the person who can sign and the process that is slowing the team down. The first conversation is a scoping call. Work does not start until both sides have signed the agreement.
We are a Nigerian company (RC 9180331) and we invoice in United States dollars for both Nigerian and foreign clients. Where a client requires it, we can issue in Nigerian naira. VAT at 7.5 percent is added to every invoice. Withholding tax appears only when a Nigerian payer actually withholds. Payment is due within thirty days unless the agreement sets another date. Invoices are issued from info@penwerem.com under the name PEL Ltd (PELPortal). On a card payment the trading name you may see is PEL. If your accounts team cannot pay in USD, tell us before work starts.
Yes, when the job is real and the rules are written down. We do not claim a CBN, NCC, NUPRC, or NAFDAC licence we do not hold. If your mandate needs one, the agreement names who holds it.
Office and data
The registered office is in Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. We work with clients in Nigeria and abroad, and as a Nigerian company (RC 9180331) we invoice in United States dollars.
You keep your data. We do not sell it, and we do not use your brief to train third-party models. We collect what we need to reply, to deliver the work, and to run the company.

You keep your data and your files. What we build for you, and what we retain as our method, is written in the agreement. We do not reuse one client's files for another client.
